Corporate Finance Assistant Manager/ Executive
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate finance functions which include fund raising, M&A, divestment, cash planning and financial risk assessment.
- Prepare and analyse Cash Flows & Financial Models.
- Conduct comprehensive market intelligence & business research.
- Provide active input into the Company’s project advisory business.
- Prepare proposals, presentation slides and other relevant materials related to the whole business development process.
Requirements:
- Ideally you will be of graduate calibre with a degree in either Accounting or Finance from a leading institution.
- Masters Degree in Finance would be an advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in corporate finance function.
- Merchant / investment banking working experience would also be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and business writing skills.

Assistant Group Manager, MIS
· Experience in installation, setup & administration of MS Windows Server, MS SQL, .Net, AD, & IIS.
· Completed at least one implementation cycle of MS Dynamics AX.
· Experience in configuring MS SharePoint.
· Preferably possess either MCTS / MCITP / MCA / MCPD.
· Experience in leading IT project teams & project management.
· Conversant with SOA design principles.
· Conversant with UI design principles & practices.
· Experience in using structured methodology e.g. SureStep.
· Familiar with ITIL or COBIT.
· Degree in IT / Computer Science / MIS / Engineering
· MBA would be advantageous.
