19 February 2021 – With both SPM and STPM being just around the corner, TDM Berhad took the initiative to organise virtual “Majlis Bacaan Yasin & Kuliah Maghrib”, gathering 134 students from SMK Sungai Tong together with their teachers and parents on Google Meet platform as part of its #TDMCakna CSR programme. The on-the-net ceremony was led by TDM Berhad Head of Shariah & Shakhsiah Development, Ustaz Muhamad Hamdi Harun and graced by TDM Berhad Head of Corporate Affairs, En Mat Yula Kassim. Also present were TDM Group employees, all coming together to show their utmost support to the students. We hope that our virtual presence imparted a sense of morale boost to everyone, motivating them to deliver their best in the upcoming examinations.
Last night’s programme was a continuation to the #TDMCakna CSR programme held last year with the same group of students. It is one of our initiatives to ensure sustainable community development, especially for the students in the areas where we operate our business in.
