Kuala Terengganu, 13 January 2022 – TDM Berhad  is pleased to announce its participation as one of the sponsors for Terengganu Polygon Cycling Team (TSG) for the 2022 season together with its healthcare arm, Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn. Bhd. (KMI Healthcare). The Group sets to support the local continental team in keeping its winning momentum and climbing up the world rankings, and tap on promotional doors in the sport tourism sector for KMI Healthcare given its recent rebranding move and business expansion.

Present on behalf of the TDM Group at the TSG launching ceremony held recently to introduce new line-up of riders and sponsors was its Executive Director, Haji Najman Kamaruddin. The event was officiated by Terengganu Youth, Sports and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGO) Development Committee Chairman YB Haji Wan Sukairi Wan Abdullah. Also attending were the management teams of TDM, KMI Healthcare and KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre (KMIKT).

Haji Najman at the ceremony expressed his confidence over the riders’ line-up and TSG’s ability to rise in triumph at its first race – the upcoming Tour of Sharjah, which sets to take place from 28 January to 01 February – and other tournaments throughout the season.

TDM is extremely pleased and excited to be part of TSG’s outstanding footprint and track record in conquering many cycling tournaments across the globe. This partnership is another milestone for us in gaining a foothold in the medical tourism sector, where it is a perfect promotional avenue for the Group’s healthcare counterpart, KMI Healthcare and its network of hospitals.
