20th August 2022 – TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd (TDMP), the plantation arm of TDM Berhad, recently received a working visit from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Kuala Lumpur at its Pelantoh Estate, Kemaman. The delegation of officers led by Consular Counsellor Bapak B. Wisnu Krisnamurthi was warmly greeted by TDMP Plantation Controller Haji Fikri Ismail together with Estate Managers from the South Zone.
The purpose of the visit was none other than to have a dialogue session with the Indonesian workers attached to TDMP operations, learning more about their working journeys so far. In addition to getting to know about the Indonesian workers even more, the visit also strengthened working relationships between TDMP and the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, paving ways and opening doors to more future collaborations to best benefit both parties and the local oil palm industry.
