The ‘Break-Thru to the Next Level’ programme successfully brought together the management teams from the TDM Group and its subsidiaries, such as TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd (TDMP), Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn. Bhd (KMI Healthcare), TDM Trading Sdn. Bhd., and TDM Agrobiz Sdn. Bhd. The event was held in the seminar hall of KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre and aimed to strengthen their roles as company leaders and prepare them for the future.
The programme started with informative sessions from speakers, including Encik Asfani Mahmood from TDM Trading Sdn. Bhd., and two guest speakers, Tuan Haji Kalamhamidi Abu Bakar, a consultant at Mediconsult Sdn. Bhd., and Dr. Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid, Chief Economist and Social Finance expert at Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd. During these sessions, Tuan Haji Najman Kamaruddin, the Executive Director of TDM, presented the “Strategic Business Plan and Budget 2024–2027” to guide all company management teams for the coming challenges of 2024.
The “Break-Thru to the Next Level” programme is expected to have a positive impact on all management teams, and we hope to organise more knowledge-sharing events in the future.
