KMI Healthcare’s Quality Conference Spurs Industry Collaboration

Congratulations to Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn Bhd (KMI Healthcare), the healthcare arm under TDM Berhad, on the successful signing of the Share Sale Agreement recently. This agreement marks the acquisition of a 100% equity interest in Hospital Bersalin Razif by KMI Healthcare. Hospital Bersalin Razif, located in Klang with a capacity of 35 beds, becomes the sixth hospital under KMI Healthcare.
The signing ceremony took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, and was attended by key signatories from both parties. These signatories included Tuan Haji Mazli Zakuan bin Mohd Noor and Tuan Haji Wan Hakim bin Wan Mokhtar, Directors of KMI Healthcare, along with Dato’ Dr. Razif bin Aziz and Datin Norana bin Yacob, who are Directors of Hospital Bersalin Razif.
The Share Sale Agreement between KMI Healthcare and Hospital Bersalin Razif Sdn. Bhd. represents another significant milestone, and we believe that it will pave the way for further expansion and progress for KMI Healthcare. Congratulations!
