TDM Supports Ramadan Charity Iftar, Raises RM2 Million for Palestine, Syria, and Yemen

TDM participated in the Ramadan Charity Iftar Event attended by approximately 500 guests, officiated by Dato’ Seri Dr. Haji Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri, former Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs), held recently at the Grand Barakah Hotel, Ampang, Selangor. Our company was represented by Mr. Eidit Hashim, TDM’s Chief of Strategic Partnerships & Investments.

During the event, TDM, along with other corporate sponsors, supported the Muslim Care Malaysia Society (Muslim Care Malaysia) and successfully raised a total of RM2 million. This fundraising target aims to provide educational, food, and welfare assistance to Palestine, Syria, and Yemen as a symbol of unity and solidarity to the global Muslim community.

This contribution will be distributed to Palestine, currently affected by severe attacks for nearly six months; Syria, which has been in internal conflict for over a decade; and Yemen, currently experiencing a crisis.

Hopefully, the assistance provided will alleviate the burden carried by the people of Palestine, Syria, and Yemen. Let us continue to pray that Allah SWT would grant them strength and help them through this difficult time.
