TDM & KMI Healthcare Support ‘TUNAS Scholar’ Program for Underprivileged Students

TDM and Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn. Bhd. (KMI Healthcare) are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate on making the ‘TUNAS Scholar’ scholarship program a success.

The Chief Minister of Terengganu, YAB Dato’ Seri Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar was present to witness and officiate the Signing Ceremony between Terengganu Inc and Yayasan Pendidikan MAIDAM (YPM) for the ‘TUNAS Scholar’ Program at Permai Hotel this afternoon. Also present were Haji Najman Kamaruddin, Executive Director of TDM and Dr Rayney Azmi, Chief Executive Officer of KMI Healthcare together with the management of TDM and KMI Healthcare.

The TUNAS Scholar program offers scholarships for Nursing and Physiotherapy Diploma programs specifically for children of the underprivileged and asnaf in Terengganu. A total of 12 students have successfully enrolled in a three-year course at Bestari College University. Notably, upon graduation, these students will have the opportunity to work at one of the hospitals under KMI Healthcare.

TDM and KMI Healthcare are proud to support state education and contribute to the socioeconomic progress of Terengganu. We hope that the TUNAS Scholar program will inspire and motivate students to continue striving towards their dreams.
