TDM Celebrates Patriotism Through Malay Heritage Cuisine Challenge

TDM had the opportunity to participate in the ‘Merdeka Heritage Cuisine Challenge’ program organized by the Terengganu Incorporated Sdn. Bhd. Sports and Welfare Club (TISAW), held at Hotel Permai.

A total of 15 teams took part in the program, which carried the theme of Classic Malay Independence. This event not only provided a platform for participants to showcase their culinary skills but also fostered patriotism among corporate employees through dishes inspired by Malay heritage and culture.

Beyond the creativity displayed in preparing the dishes, the program also served as a platform to strengthen bonds and camaraderie among companies under the Terengganu Inc Group. It is hoped that the event successfully achieved its objective of igniting the spirit of independence and further uplifting our rich Malay cultural heritage.
