TDM Hosts ‘FOCUS 30: Good to Great’ Townhall to Drive Organisational Excellence

TDM successfully held a two-day Townhall Session, FOCUS 30: Good to Great for its two core divisions — the Plantation Division and the Healthcare Division — led by Haji Najman Kamaruddin, Group Chief Executive Officer of TDM.

The session for the Plantation Division took place at the TDM Academy in Sungai Tong, attended by TDM’s management as well as staff from estates and mills under TDM Plantation Sdn. Bhd., led by Mr. Hamdan Ibrahim, Chief Executive Officer of TDM Plantation Sdn. Bhd.

The second session for the Healthcare Division was held at KMI Kuala Terengganu Medical Centre (KMI Kuala Terengganu), involving TDM management and staff from hospitals under Kumpulan Medic Iman Sdn. Bhd. (KMI Healthcare), led by Dr. Rayney Azmi bin Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of KMI Healthcare.
