TDM Berhad continues its “Misi Bantuan Bencana Banjir” in Setiu, involving 350 families with a total funding of RM 20,000.
The company is very concerned about the flood victims who are still affected after the flood subsides and is committed to giving back to the community by initiating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). It is in line with the company’s mission to embody corporate citizenship, where priority is not only given to operations but also to the welfare of local communities.
In collaboration with local Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) involving Kampung Balik Bukit, Kampung Buluh Hulu and Kampung Buluh Hilir, Bandar Permaisuri, donations in the form of daily necessities were handed over to flood victims in their respective residences.
Present to hand over the donations were Head of Shariah and Shakhsiah Development Department of TDM Berhad, Ustaz Muhamad Hamdi Harun, Head of Corporate Communication of TDM Berhad, Puan Norfar’izan Hashim, together with Chairman of Persatuan Belia Sahabat Sejahtera Daerah Setiu, Ustaz Mohd Zulkifle Abd Halim.
