Congratulations to the state of Terengganu for winning the prestigious State Innovation Award at the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia (IGEM) 2024, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
TDM, under the Terengganu Inc Group, proudly participated in IGEM 2024 alongside the Terengganu State Government and Invest Terengganu from 9 to 11 October 2024. The event aimed to promote green technology innovation and sustainability initiatives on a global platform.
One of the key highlights from TDM’s showcase was its biogas plant projects in Sungai Tong and Kemaman, which play a significant role in reducing carbon emissions and converting organic waste into renewable energy. The presence of national cycling icon, The Pocket Rocketman Dato’ Azizul Hasni Awang, along with YB Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, added excitement to the event. IGEM 2024 also offered valuable networking opportunities for TDM to collaborate with industry and government stakeholders.
Through its involvement in IGEM 2024, TDM aims to further solidify its position as a leader in sustainable business practices while contributing positively to economic development.
