TDM Charts Strategic Growth at 2025–2030 Retreat

TDM successfully held the ‘TDM Berhad BOD & Management Retreat’ program over three days at Parkroyal Langkawi Resort. The retreat involved 52 participants, including directors and company management from the corporate, plantation, and healthcare divisions. The program focused on the ‘Strategic Business Plan & Budget 2025–2030’, with emphasis on ‘Directions & Priorities 2025’.

A comprehensive and focused strategic plan was developed and refined to ensure TDM remains at the forefront of the industry. With a strong emphasis on sustainable growth, increased efficiency, and strengthened profitability, TDM aspires to be a company that excels not only commercially but also brings value to its employees, shareholders, and the communities where it operates.
