TDM Group Paints the Town Pink with TIG

20th October 2022 – TDM Berhad, together with its plantation division, TDM Plantation Sdn Bhd (TDMP), recently had the opportunity to be a part of the “Karnival Terengganu Maju Berkat Sejahtera (TMBS)”, taking place at Pekan Merchang, Pengkalan Berangan. On the first day of the three-day programme, TDMP team led by Manpower and Safety Management Manager Encik Mazlan Ibrahim gave a talk and provided insights about the career opportunities available at the company’s estates across Terengganu in the hope that the news could be extended to their circle of contacts who are currently looking for a job.
At the same program, TDM also extended its support for the “Bakul Sumbangan TMBS”, a food basket initiative meant to assist single mothers from DUN Pengkalan Berangan. Present to handover the food basket to the 300 attending single mothers was Terengganu Local Authority, Housing, Health, and Environment Committee Chairman YB Dato’ Dr. Haji Alias Razak, witnessed by Terengganu Tourism, Culture and Information Technology Committee Deputy Chairman and Pengkalan Berangan Assemblyman YB Ustaz Sulaiman Sulong. This small gesture is hoped to help ease the burden faced by all recipients and inspire others to follow suit.
